Refunds & Cancellations

Cancelled orders
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you place your order and change your mind,  please contact our SUPPORT team and let us know that you wish to cancel.

We will do our very best to cancel and refund your account but please note, if your parcel is in the shipping line, we cannot retrieve the order for cancellation. ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED CANNOT CANCELLED.

If we can cancel, your order will be refunded by the customer support staff and you will receive your money in the following 3-5 working days. Please note, some payment methods/financial institutions can take longer to process a refund. If you are concerned, contact customer support and we will send you proof of refund from our shop.


Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must give a proper reason for the refund request, and provide picture evidence (if needed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
